Friday Red Mr. Peanut Bank and Gallito Mescalito Blogging

Red Mr. Peanut Bank Good evening, everyone, and welcome to Padre Mickey's Happy Rainbow Sing-a-long the minimalist set version! I'm Red Mr. Peanut Bank, and this is my life companion and co-star, Gallito Mescalito!
Gallito Mescalito ¡Shriek!

Red Mr. Peanut Bank Tonight's sing-a-long features our two water-loving former Nile residents. Please put your hands together for Miss Egyptian Hippo of Love and the Crocagator singing Sonny and Cher's classic I Got You, Babe!!!!!!!
Fuerte aplauso

They say we're young and we don't know
We won't find out until we grow

Well I don't know if all that's true
'Cause you gots me, and baby I gots you

Babe

beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb

I gots you babe

beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb

I gots you babe

They say our love won't pay the rent
Before it's earned, our money's all been spent

I guess that's so, we don't have a pot
But at least I'm sure of all the things we's gots

Babe

beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb

I gots you babe

beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb

I gots you babe

I gots flowers in the spring
I gots you to whom I sing

And when I'm sad, you don't shriek

¿Cómo?

And if I get scared, up on me you will sneeee ee ee eeek!

Don't let them say your skin's too green,
'Cause I don't care, it's smoother than it seems

Then put your dainty feets in mine
There ain't no hill or mountain we gonna climb
spoken cuz Crocagators and Hippos rather swim!

Babe

beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb

I gots you babe

beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb

I gots you babe

Crocagator I gots you to hold my hand
Miss Egyptian Hippo of Love I gots you to understand
Crocagator I gots you to walk with me
Miss Egyptian Hippo of Love I gots you to talk with me
Crocagator I gots you to kiss goodnight
Miss Egyptian Hippo of Love I gots you to hold me tight
Crocagator I gots you, I won't let go
Miss Egyptian Hippo of Love I gots you to love me so

both I gots you babe
back-up singers beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb
both I gots you babe
back-up singers beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb

Lord, I hope he's not gonna do that, but then again, he is a gator!

Simply divine design...I love the starkness, may I say, nudity, of it all...it reached on a new level where I have seldom been before (or since).

Dandy, it was a dandy.

Yeah, Susan, I am worried about this little turn of events with the Crocagator and Miss EHOL. This has "potential for abusive relationship" written all over it.

Then again, it has always been my job in my family to initially dislike the new boyfriend/girlfriend any relative brings home...

Dey is dog toys and knick-knacks singin' a song. Ya'll project way too much.

"Gallito Mescalito ¡Shriek!"

It's OUT, They are OUT! All along I thought it was Mighty Moose of Vermont and El Penguino who were the not-so-mixed doubles!

Red Mr.Peanut Bank, *obviously* brings about that Shriek of delight/other in Gallito...I know the momento well, or once did/vaguely familar (maybe it was in a movie).

Fab evening, wonderful show!

Padre M, I do think this is one of my favorites ("just puts your little feets in mine...")

What a romantic you are! Coffee cup was safely sitting on desk, too.

A giant plastic peanut and a ceramic rooster, it is unnatural, but I guess it is OK.

Were wiser words ever spoken?

Beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb, beeb-beeb...

Padre Mickey,

Encore! Encore!

Baby don't go,
Pretty baby please don't go

I never had a mother,
I hardly knew my dad
I've been in town for eighteen years
You're the only boy I've had
I can't stay,
Maybe I'll be back some day

Baby don't go,
Pretty baby please don't go
I love you so,
Pretty baby please don't go

I never had no money
I bought at the second hand store
The way this old town laughs at me
I just can't take it no more
I can't stay,
I'm gonna be a lady some day

Baby don't go,
Pretty baby please don't go
I love you so,
Pretty baby please don't go

When I get to the city,
My tears will all be dry
My eyes will look so pretty
No one's gonna know I cried
Yes I'm goin' away,
Maybe I'll be back some day

Baby don't go,
Maybe I'll be back some day
Baby don't go

Is there such a critter as a tame crocagator? I think you have one there El Padre.

Life companion? You just snuck that one in there, eh? And then on top of that you have that strange hetero combo singin' that "babe" song... Geez. A tree falls on my house, I stay away for a bit, and in the meantime you've gone all R-rated on us.

I like it.

P.S. The word verification thingie says "zgzaf." Discuss.

I See You!
