Ayer en Parroquia San Cristóbal

Yesterday was the Episcopal Church Women's Cook-Out. They hold this event every year to raise funds for their convention.
We had all the good stuff: fry-fish and cucú, rice and guandu, chicken, Padre Mickey's Killa Chili con Carne, empanadas, codfish cek, all kinds of dulces and goodies. They even sold codfish cek after church this morning, so I had one yummy breakfast! I came home yesterday with a plate of fry-fish and cucú swimmin' in gravy. It was excellent! Here are some photos.

How can you go back to cucumber sandwiches, pretzel salad, and baked beans with brown bread and franks after all that wonderful cooking? I'm praying that you get sent to a parish where people can *cook*.

It would be like Adam and Eve asking God to kick them out of paradise.

I See You!
