Sunday was Children's Day in la República de Panamá. It used to be on October 31, but the date was changed back in 2006 or so during the Torrijos Administration. As a result, I have trouble remembering. Fortunately, remembering all the holidays outside of those on the Church Calendar is not my responsibility, and the Sunday School prepared a program. It involved hand puppets and the children enjoyed it. We also had cake and ice cream and prizes for all! Here are some photos:
Layla, Sandra, and Angie with their puppet friends
The audience
Adela, Marisa, and Britanny sing "Den Al Señor."
The puppets sing along!
Kayra keeps an eye on the treats
Norris watches the prizes

Happy Day of the Children.
Padre, have you had your feet up on the new walls?
