999 were a local band for me back in the day. They were regarded as the most uncool punk band ever, yes, even more uncool than the Lurkers. Actually they weren't too bad but you could tell they were metalheads at heart but knew they'd make more money out of punk
I can't place The Caravans (Caravan, yes, they were a Canterbury band but not Caravans). I might know the tune.
