The Lovely Mona, Señorita Chompita Wiggletail, y Padre Mickey are back in Panamá. That was a fast four months!
Chompy survived her trip. We flew out of Los Angeles at 7:45 am Tuesday morning (to Houston, then to Panamá) but Chompy had to fly to Houston Monday night and spent part of the day in a Doggy Day Spa (so they say) before joining us on the flight to Panamá (well, she didn't really join us as she was in the cargo hold, but you know what I mean!). Things were amazingly smooth on the Panamá end, which surprised us. We picked up our bags at carousel 1 and Chompy at carousel 4. The Vet met us there and Chompy was released to our custody. She was happy to get out of the kennel. She was very happy to rediscover all the exciting smells of Panamá and has been doing much neighborhood sniffing.
So, we're settling in and, hopefully, what-passes-for-normal-blogging will probably begin Friday with the usual Friday features. Oh yeah: comments are back on!

Prayers of thanksgiving for a safe trip!
Yea! All home safely! Thanks to Godde. Now you can readjust to the heat. snicker. Cold wet NJ and PA are just a faint memory. Can't wait for Friday. Must be lots of new material for the bishops.
Glad you could get away. Glad you are safely back. Love to the whole Dance Party gang.
Thanks be to God for your safe return and your reunion with Chompita Wiggletail! Glad you had a renewing time away and can now get back to wearing a hot collar and dealing with all the problems piled up during four months! It was so good to finally meet you, though I'm sorry I didn't get to meet the lovely Mona. Who knows, being a man of leisure maybe I'll visit Panamá some day!
Happy that you, the Lovely Mona and Chompy are safely back in Panama. Looking forward to the adventures of Mr. Peanut and the gang. So glad I had a chance to meet you all in NJ ... that is, except for Chompy.
...and here I thought you would be passing overhead today...I went up to the volcano and put colored flares down the crater to signal HOLA as you flew by!
Dang, timing is everything.
It was wonderful to see you and Mona! And the boys of course!
Welcome back to Panama! From Thibodaux!
Chompy says, "Awright now! Enuf wit' de travelin'!"
Thanks be to God!
