Rantings and Ravings and the Occasional Sane Comment of a priest blogging from the Global Center. I have a camera and I'm not afraid to use it! Now with Lovely Mona!!
Here I am in Georgia, and I had no idea the circus was so close by.
Call me suspicious, but I note he says he was a Marine "during" Vietnam; it sounds like a slick way to imply being a Vietnam Veteran without having been there. Most of us just say "Vietnam Vet"."Squition" sounds right, though.
I'm in Louisiana, and our wacky legislature (currently meeting) makes that guy look positively sane.
OFF TOPIC -Padre, did you say that +Gray-Reeves was your bishop? In my book she does not do too well on the GLBT front and now she has done it again.+Michael Perham, the bishop of Gloucester in the CoE, states in a message to the priests of his diocese that the reason that the Rt. Revd Mary Gray-Reeves, of the Diocese of El Camino Real, a sister TEC diocese in California to Los Angeles, also the last woman consecrated as a bishop by TEC, did not attend the Los Angeles consecrations was per his request along with the request of the bishop of the Diocese of Western Tanganyika. The three dioceses are Communion Partner dioceses.
This guy is an Internets Superstah! Here's a pretty funny parody.http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/05/19/dale-peterson-mocked-in-s_n_581421.html
Well, David; I know that she had surgery recently (a couple of weeks ago) and is recovering from that, and I don't think she's doing a lot of traveling right now. There is a chance that the Bishop of Gloucester is fulla crap. But then again, OCICBW.
