DOUBLE Friday Random Top Ten
Ya pushes "shuffle" and ya takes yer chances. . .
1. Which Describes How You're Feeling They Might Be Giants
2. Angus Dei Anonymous 4
3. Loquebantur Variis Linguis (Tallis) The Tallis Scholars
4. Love To Burn Neil Young & Crazy Horse
5. Mr. Slater's Parrot Bonzo Dog Do Dah Band
6. (Dawning Of A) New Era The Specials
7. At Home He's A Tourist Gang Of Four
8. Shine A Light The Rolling Stones
9. Feel It The Black Eyed Peas
10. 1917 Linda Ronstadt & Emmylou Harris
Well, this is a kinda sucky list, really; nothing to get very excited about, 'ceptin' maybe the Gang of Four song. I mean, I like all the songs, well, except for that Black Eyed Peas song, but I'm just not in the mood for any of them.
Ya know, it's Carnaval; we should be hearing really good dancey stuff. Let's try it again! We'll put the shuffle on my Sabor Latino iTunes playlist (only 124 songs, but I think it'll work) and see what we get!
1. Como Ves Ozomatli
2. La Noche Juanes
3. Ciega, Sordomuda Shakira
4. El Mensaje Los Fabulosos Festivals
5. Sientamientos Manuel de Jesús
6. El Reloj Cucu Maná
7. Maltrato Freddy Y Sus Afro Latinos
8. Aquella Noche Samy y Sandra Sandoval
9. Fruta Prohibida Las Plumas Negras
10. Rum Combos Nacionales
Más mejor qué los otros. Much better than the other list, although that Maná song ain't exactly hoppin'. We've got Mexicans and Colombians and Panamanians, of course, and even U.S. Citizens of Hispanic Heritage. Much more bump and movement than that first list!
Let's start Carnaval for those who don't wanna click on the links!
So, waddaya listenin' to? Tell me all about it in the comments, if you feel so inclined.
