Those whom (I think) I can identify (from left to right): Bishop Martín Barahona, Bishop of El Salvador and Primado of IARCA; Bishop Benito Juárez of the Diocese of South East Mexico (I'm sure David will correct me if I'm wrong!); Bishop Julio Murray, Bishop of Panamá; (in white shirt) Bishop Hector Monterroso; and friends.
