U.S.A.: Where The Crazys Roam Free!
We are all aware of the fact that there are many drooling, mouth-breathing-types hanging around the Congress of the United States of America, all though fewer now than last year at this time. Many of these folks also claim to be Christians, or, as they pronounce the word, Kurishuns. However, today, a group of Less Intelligent, so-called “Christians” created a disturbance during the opening prayers in the Senate chamber.
Personally, I don't think they should have opening prayers in that August Body, since, as far as I can tell, the Lord God Almighty certainly hasn't been listening to them; at least there is no proof that the Lord God Almighty has influenced any decisions made there in the past twelve years or so. What I find interesting about this morning's protesters is that they appear to be heretics of some sort; they prayed "Lord Jesus, forgive us father for allowing a prayer of the wicked, which is an abomination in your sight..." Look, while Jesus said "I and the Father are one" we don't call Jesus "Father." Nor do we call the Father "Holy Spirit" or "Jesus" or "Son." It's simply not done!! We Trinitarians refer to each person of the Holy Trinity by the proper name! That is why I refer to them as so-called Christians, what with their un-Trinitarian prayer references and all.
I also made the mistake of listening to the Dim Son's presser this morning. I stand behind my idea that he and the veep should be beaten daily with stout sticks; if only the Major Political Blogs would pick-up on that idea. Now, will the Congress be strong and arrest the Almost Supreme Court Justice Harriet Miers for Contempt of Congress? Wadda bunch!!!

Just when you think things can't get any tackier....
The prayer was really a good one. All credit to the gentleman for persisting despite the hooligans.
The sick thing about this is that Hindus actually do believe in the oneness of God. They just differentiate the godhead 'way beyond the Trinity!
