This appears to be some sort of relay race, but I'm really not sure what the heck is going on here. 
I do know what is going on here: Nelsito has passed out from lack of sleep and being surrounded by all them kids. Unfortunately for Nelsito, he passed out in the Dining Room, attracting the attention of Amanda, who, armed with a feather, is about to irritate the Sleeping Young Man. Good for you, Amanda!
Another relay of some sort, taking place at night. I really have no idea what they are doing, but it looks like fun.

I live in an apartment with glow in the dark cat, so I am somewhat less creeped out than Mimi.
