Slow Blogging For The Next Few Weeks

The deserted streets of Padre Mickey's Dance Partyville

I'm going to let real life interfere with my blogging for the next few weeks. I'm in the process of planning and preparing Elizabeth Leigh's funeral (Friday, Sept. 19, 2008, 10:00 a.m. Balboa Union Church) and doing all my Rector-of-St.-Christopher's stuff. Sunday I'm flying off to somewhere in North Carolina for CREDO (where I'm gonna team-up with Acts of Hope Jane for dinner!). I don't own a laptop and I doubt that I will have internet access anyway, so the Lovely Mona will be holding down the Dance Party fort. However, she is a very serious student and doesn't have a lot of time to be reading goofy stuff on the innertoobs and then posting it here. Also, she will not be posing knick-knacks and dog toys in humourous situations.

Please be patient with us over the next few weeks. We'll be back to full-force blogging before you know it!

Oh, Noes! How I am going to deal with not seeing my diva buddy Miss EHOL? Oh, the pain! The tragedy of it all!

(On another note...Little Eddie is miffed b/c he is assuming you are leaving his girlfren, the lovely Señorita Chompita Wiggletail at home and not bringing her to NC. He says, "But she would comfert da mourners wif her pretty face if Padre brought her!")

Glad you're doing CREDO.

I'll hold you in prayer Friday.

Be careful... almost a year since I was in Panamá!

Hoorah!
About time this blog had someone sensible in charge.
I shall put it on my daily read list.

Yes, I had heard rumblings of an NC blogger meet up from a certain Act of Hope, but now I read about it here...

Aside from my insane jealousy I send you many thoughts, prayers and good wishes for your travels.

And please know I send as many if not more prayers for the eternal rest of Elizabeth Leigh, rest in peace dear sister and rise in glory.

Not to leave her out as we lurve her, I send some prayers for the Lovely Mona in Panama.
