This Evening's Festivities

This week CLAI (Consejo Latinoamericano de Iglesias or the Latin American Council of Churches) have been meeting in Panamá. This evening the Lovely Mona and I attended a reception for CLAI at the Bishop´s Mansion in Balboa. We had wonderful conversations with folks, and enjoyed meeting Chris Morck, Missionary of TEC in Ecuador, whose blog is here (and has been on our blog roll for a while) and the Most Revd. Mauricio Andrade, Primado of Igreja Episcopal Anglicana do Brasil. I thanked the Primado for the statement he released on Monday, and we had a nice conversation. And we all went outside and watched the lunar eclipse. A wonderful evening was had by all.

Here are the photos:

The Most Rev. Mauricio Andrade, Primado do Igreja Episcopal Anglicana do Brasil is my kinda Primate..but then, I wildly and enthusiastically support all of them in our hemisphere (mostly, except for the ones beginning with initials GV and DG).

OK, I'm glad to see you are ever vigilant...we've come to expect nothing less from you (good thing you weren't clean shaven...all things are noted).

I wants me a shirt like that gorgeous lavender loose clerical shirt! Except that it looks ever so good on Reverendisimo Murray. Great foto of you and Reverendisisimo Andrade. Two guys up to much good!

P.S. Leonardo, I love you. Chastely and with full respect for your manner of life of course.
