That original version of "96 Tears" is one of my faves of all time! (Yeah, I'm that old. But as another Boomer friend of mine often says "We did have the best music!")
It's one of my favorites too - The band is from my home state (Michigan) and one of those "legends" you got to grow up hearing about...
