Here's an arty shot Tara took of the World's Cutest Granddaughter. I went to church at St. John's, Oakland, this morning with the Rev. Dr. John Kater, Jr. Then we went to lunch at a Ramen house with Tara, Chris, and Baby Snooks. I have taken many photos of the darling chile and will be posting them when I gits home. That is if the Lovely Mona lets me in the house, what with all these wimmens pledging their love for me and stuff. Hasta Pronto!

Tara is a pretty thing, but that's not Tara. Tara is the mama and the picture taker. Evvie is the model and center of attention in every room.
I had lunch in Berkeley on Saturday with the proud mama and papa and abuelo, and Steph and John from the San Jose St. Chris many years ago. Nice to see all of them.
Padre Mickey also gave me special prezzies of CDs from our band The Wonders of Science, from Padre's band A Cruel Hoax, and those solo projects us artistes are always doing. It's terrif!
Oh, forgive me. I did not read slowly or carefully enough. Tara is the mama. I'm sure Tara is pretty, too. Evvie it is, who is the cutest, next to mine. I think I've got it now.
FYI, Evie is pronounced EE-vee. I think Tara went for the English nickname. In England Evelyn is pronounced EE-ve-lyn.
And, yes, Tara is a pretty young lady. Maybe the good Padre has some photos of her, too.
Yes, I have many photos of Evie and Tara and even of ME and Evie. I have some photos of people dancing out in front of the gate at Cal, I have photos of my nephews making lots of noise with the guitar and drums, and I have photos of Faddah Richard of "Caught By The Light." But mostly I have photos of Evie.
I am soooo ready to be home!
Yes, we went with the English nickname because I like the way it sounds.
I feel very blessed with Evie. She's a much better behaved baby than I was, according to the stories I've heard.
She's a really cutie that Evie! Blessings upon the whole family of Padre!
