The Project Is Almost Finished

As promised, here are photos of the refurbishing of the chancel and nave of Parroquia San Cristóbal. They are doing the finishing-up stuff now, but we will still hold services on the patio of Instituto Episcopal San Cristóbal on Sunday. Next Sunday is the closing Eucharist of the Diocesan Convention and it will be held at Catedral San Lucas, so we will have our first service back in our building on February 18. The place is really bright now and I won't be squinting trying to read my sermon during the rainy season. We also re-wired the entire place and, per my instructions, electrical outlets were placed in areas convenient for (my) guitar amplifiers.

Muy bien hecho... ¿Obispo Martín puede ver los cambios a su parroquia antigua?

Padre - It looks GREAT!

And I'd love to hear the guitar at your service, and I'd make KJ sit next to me and listen and appalaud and look enthused.

Oh, it looks good, Padre. I'm glad to see that you focused on the essentials (outlets for the amplifiers). Why do I think your mention of having to squint to read your sermon is a red herring?

Let us see the pictures of the first Eucharist.
