Caminante, I find this photo on this post scary, too. Padre Mickey, for some reason unknown to me, likes it.
It's a good use of Photoshop, a kid's face stuck into a Barbie doll. It took a second for me to figure out what was bogus about it. Still scary.
Oh, I thought it was some sort of a hi-tech crying doll...
